Fax Mail

Receive Fax documents like they were voice messages.  When a Fax is sent to an AVC mailbox, it is stored as such and available for printing at a later date.  You can have these messages sent directly to a specified number  or print them whenever you are ready.

•  System Connect Time - Customers may elect one of the two following options

  • Per Minute Usage - You may elect to have usage charged at a rate of .035 per minute for all calls connected to the number AVC supplies

  • Flat Rate Usage - You may elect to have a flat rate charge of $4.00 for all calls to the number AVC supplies.

  • $0.10 per page

  • $.09 per minute

What are my payment options?

In order to activate your account, AVC requires the first month's rent and Setup Fee to be paid in advance.  You can either call AVC and we will send an invoice for the charges or you can fill out a credit card authorization form, fax it back to 401-454-1520 and we can establish your account usually that same day.

Regardless of whether or not you use a credit card for your first month's fees you have the option of being invoiced on a monthly basis or to have your charges automatically applied to a credit card and a statement sent showing what fees were charged.
